Many Hands Care is a shared place for the handful of people looking after
someone — visits, appointments, medications, errands, and updates, all
where everyone can see them.

What you actually get
One shared calendar
Visits and appointments in one place, so nobody double-books and no
Thursday gets missed.
Tasks somebody owns
Errands, prescriptions, and follow-ups assigned to a name — not floated
into a group chat and forgotten.
A record you can search
Notes from each visit, medications, and documents, so what the doctor
said in March is still findable in June.
What we're asking of you
Not much, honestly. We'd rather have ten families who really use it than a
thousand who install it and forget.
- Set up a group for the person you're helping and invite the people who help.
- Use it for about two weeks — log a visit, add the appointments, put a task on someone.
- Tell us the one thing that annoyed you most. That's the whole ask.
It's early software and there are rough edges — finding them is exactly the
point. You can leave any time, and we'll delete your data if you ask.
About your family's information
You're being asked to put details about someone you love into a stranger's
software, and we don't take that lightly.
- Only the people you invite to your group can see anything in it.
- We don't sell data, and we don't run ads against it.
- Ask us to delete your group and we delete it.
